Hmm it appears like your site ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I submitted and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog.
I as well am an aspiring blog blogger but I’m still new to the whole thing. Do you have any tips for beginner blog writers? I’d
genuinely appreciate it.
Hi! Thanks for the comment, and apologies for the delay… I can only blame working from home combined with school holidays – not the easiest! Top tips for beginner blog writers? Well, I feel like a beginner myself but here goes… Don’t set out to write more posts than you can fit in to your personal timeframe or you’ll be disappointed: I would love to write more regularly but have settled for 2 per month at the moment to be realistic! Find a style/voice which you feel comfortable with (serious/funny/factual) and stick with it – the writing will flow so much more easily than forcing an approach. Keep your eyes and ears open – often news articles, features or even random overheard conversations can trigger an idea for a post, so grab that idea and write it down somewhere – maybe even keep a list of future post ideas to keep you inspired if the ideas dry up. Hope some of this helps and good luck!
